I am originally from Hampshire but now based in Canterbury. I am a dedicated languages teacher with over 9 years experience teaching both in the UK and abroad.
Having studied languages at Durham University and after spending some time abroad, I studied for a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching for Adults), Post Graduate Certificate in Education and Masters in Teaching French as a Foreign Language at Canterbury Christ Church University in conjunction with the Université du Littoral in Boulogne.
I have worked all over the world, including France, Mexico and Costa Rica, where I taught French, Spanish and English as a Foreign Language to primary and secondary school children and professional adults.
I am currently working as Head of Modern Foreign Languages at Herne Bay High School in Herne Bay, Kent where I teach French and Spanish to ages 11-18. I have extensive knowledge of GCSE, Asset, Common Entrance and A Level examinations.
