What will my child do in the lesson?
Every lesson is carefully planned and designed. Pupils follow our unique courses which are designed to primarily teach oral skills in the first instance. Pupils receive a folder at the start and a new worksheet every week which they can take home and refer to afterwards.

Can I pay for a lesson separately?
Group lessons are payable in advance for a four-week course only.

How do I pay for a lesson?
Please ask your teacher for details. Group lessons are currently payable by cash or cheque and always in advance.

What if my child has never done any French or Spanish before?
We offer lessons for total beginners in a non-threatening and friendly environment. If no beginners groups are on offer at the time, we will ensure your child is at the right level and offer individual lessons to get them to the right standard.

Do you offer lessons to younger pupils?
We currently teach groups from age 7 and over but can cater for younger ones in individual lessons. Please ask for more details.

Can I organise my own group lesson?
Yes- if there is a group of you who would like to learn together we would be happy to help.   Individual lessons can also be for two people at the same price as for one.

How big are your groups?
Maximum group size is 10.

Do you organise trips?
Yes - please ask for details. We have visited Lille, Paris and Boulogne in the last 12 months.

Do you offer after-school or holiday clubs?
We currently do not run after-school or holiday clubs but this is something we would like to develop in the future. If you are interested in setting one up please ask and look out regularly on our website for new courses.

Are all your staff police-checked?
Yes, all our staff are fully police-checked.

What is Asset Languages?
Asset Languages is a nationally-recognised languages qualification which we encourage our younger students to do. It is not, however compulsory. Please see the section on our site for more details.

How do I buy the lesson modules?
Firstly you need to set up a membership account and buy credits. You can then buy lesson resources and download them using your credits.

How do I use the lessons?
Please refer to the instructions for each module, which can also be downloaded.

What if I want a refund?
We cannot give refunds on used credits unless you have not been able to download a particular resource. If this is the case, please contact us by e-mail. However, refunds can be given on unused credits, again please e-mail us with your enquiry.
